Industry Advisory Boards

Focused, small-group conversations with AABIP's Board of Directors.

Sunday morning, February 28, is reserved for a limited number of sponsoring companies. Advisory board sponsors hosts its own room while small groups of the AABIP Board of Directors rotate through, giving focused conversation with each group. Sessions are limited and confirmed in the order registrations are received.

How sessions are assigned

Sessions are limited and assigned first come, first served. Once your summit sponsorship and Advisory Board are confirmed, our team will reach out with your room and rotation schedule.

Voices in the Room

To broaden the discussion, you may also invite other registered Summit attendees, such as faculty or clinicians. Your company manages those invitations and covers any costs they add, such as an extra hotel night.

To help the Board prepare, we encourage sharing your session topic and discussion questions with AABIP in advance.

Your company provides

  • Session agenda, content, and facilitation
  • Invitations and RSVPs for any additional guests
  • NDAs, if required: distribution, collection, and retention
  • Names and titles of company representatives and additional invited participants, by Feb 11th
  • AV or food and beverage, arranged directly with the venue at an additional cost

AABIP provides

  • A private meeting room 
  • Small groups of the AABIP Board of Directors, rotating through your room
  • Rotation schedule and onsite logistics support

AABIP's discounted group rate is $280 per night, plus tax and a $25 nightly resort fee (reduced from $45), available through January 25, 2027, or until the room block is filled.

Networking Dinner: plan to stay Saturday night to join us. If your company is hosting an Advisory Board, the representatives leading your session will also need to stay through Sunday afternoon.
