• Practice Pathway deadline to apply 9/2/2024
• Recertification deadline to apply 9/30/2024
• Diplomates who initially certified in 2015
• Diplomates who initially certified in 2014 or prior but missed the deadline for recertification in 2023
• Diplomates who initially certified in 2016 and are interested in recertification 1 year ahead of expiration of their initial board certification.
• Initial IP certification through accredited IP Fellowship deadline to apply 9/30/2024
