Pre-Submission Proposals for AABIP Guidelines

Shape the future of Interventional Pulmonology with us! The AABIP invites pre-submission proposals for new societal guidelines designed to advance the practice and future trajectory of our field. This streamlined process allows applicants to present preliminary concepts for guideline development, focusing on relevance, feasibility, and importance.

AABIP members from all fields are encouraged to apply, regardless of specialty.

Submission Process

We have simplified the process, allowing you to first outline the foundational aspects of your guideline concept through our pre-submission proposal process. This allows you to present preliminary concepts focusing on relevance, feasibility, and importance.  

1. Download the Form: All submissions must be completed using the Pre-Submission Proposal Form.
2. Submit Online: Complete the form and upload on the AABIP website.
3. Deadline: Submit your proposal by February 7, 2025.
